49:02 - Reverses into me, doesn't apologise so I chased him and fined for causing an accident. Then asks why I fined him still.
51:04 - Doesn't move for sirens, Luke did the !move command numerous times.
51:17 - Purposely blocks the chase.
51:27 - Begins to ram me after I initiate a chase for failing to move for sirens.
52:23 - Rams Luke head on, due to driving on the wrong side. Doesn't apologise.
52:52 - Drives full throttle into me.
55:08 - Rams Frank head on, causes a pile up.
55:12 - Ram ERK head on.
55:17 - Rams me again full throttle.
56:01 - Drives through pit garages.
56:29 - Hides behind the pit garages so I can't get him.

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)
Basically ramming and causing chaos on the server. Didn't once apologise to anyone.

Usually wouldn't make a report, but it's a complete disregard to the rules. Thanks to Toni for the replay.

In some ways, it may look like I move to the side to hit Can, but I moved over because I really didn't know where the chase was going to go, so I slowed and moved over to the side just in case.
