I disagree. The changes he made were good, and necessary to stop accidents in the hotspots.

And in reference to Vipers post - why does it matter that it is 1/2 way through an event? So what if the people who were learning the lines of the track had to re-learn them? It is the same for everyone, and noone has an unfair advantage over the others.

I think some people forget what Chuck has actually done for TC over the years.

Afaik TC has always changed layouts to prevent people from going on the wrongside of the road. The focus is City Driving and not letting people race through the layouts.

An event has no real meaning to layouts changes as it gives everyone the same disadvantage.

In the end it is chucks server anyway, so if he feels like it he can do whatever he wants with it. Gladly that is not the way chuck is doing it and i am sure he is open to constructive criticism regarding the layout. I have found none of that though.

+1 Brad, without chuck there would be no TC anymore.

During an event, more people are going to wrongside because they are trying to maintain a high average speed. If the admins don't want that to happen, then they are perfectly within their rights to stop it from happening.

What would you rather happen? A layout change, or wrongsiders getting pitlaned, kicked or banned?

Off-topic, if you are worried about high average speed, why not just do 10km as fast as possible and dont drive anymore?

A layout should be event ready before the event starts. I'm not saying Lowrider should have gone mad at Chuck, I just understand his thoughts on this.

Theory vs. Reality. How are you going to test that without a full server?
The Sydney layout has existed for quite a while now and during that time it was almost constantly updated/improved, if you don't count in the times it was empty.
