● Description of incident (inc Date & Time): This was today, at about 11:20, Samantha connected, everyone was saying hello to her (him?). When she tried to get out of pits she got the JOOS - CAR error. I don't know if this were VOB mods, but I am reporting this just in case.

OOS errors may occur for various reasons, is most cases they are caused by errors. So, there is no actual evidence.

Unless it happens over and over again, it might just be a glitch. AFAIK, not necessarily .vob mods.

If it happens multiple times, usually the offender is given a message and a 12 hour ban to remove the mods.
