Had intention to overtake the chase. His wrong siding was due to lack of control.

Not acceptable behavior considering the circumstances. You had full right to say and do what you did.

He had plenty of options to take instead he chose to follow your chase.

TeamART Kadir - He is very new here and will receive a warning prior to rule 1.5 and also recommended to read the rules.

Egebsl - Has had a poor history around chases however, it was a few months ago and this incident doesn't quite relate to his previous offences. A warning will be issued prior to rule 1.5 and a final reminded to read the rules.

thijs - Should know better by now. Warning will be issued reminding him to read the rules and take notice to 1.5.

kleco - Was severely warned a few months back for a similar offence. User will receive a short ban of 3 days due to his attitude and not learning his lesson from his previous offence.

projekt86mentos¸ - Very recently came out of a ban for a similar offence. The ban will be reinstated for double the length. (60 Days).

Annon512 - Also disregarded rule 1.5 and was not mentioned in this report. However, he is very new here and a confirmable warning will do just fine.
