Description of incident (inc date & time):
started chasing a speeder and he pulled over. after that this guy comes with speed into me even tho he is sliding into me he still could have said sorry or slow down earlier... This happened 13.3.2016 around 20:10 utc

This user has a history of ramming, and while this doesn't look like deliberate ramming, he did cause a pretty big crash by ignoring your chase and drifting into you, then driving off without any apology or response when you confronted him.
