4:40 - Not a ram, however an accident which he failed to apologise for.
5:00 - Yep, I agree thats a ram. However moments later at 5:30mm Kiwie revenge rams, which will be also dealt with.

As for the rest of them, yes that is unacceptable. I have banned the user for 90 days due to his extensive poor history.
