First in 23:20:00 mishka sayed sorry so he's fault it's not my fault .

Second in 26:26:00 it's your fault because your tires is hot because you do arab drifting so you are breaking laws .

Finally in im so sorry right here 27:30:00 because I lost control and sorry in 15:20:00 .

15:20 - Not really a big hit, but apology could've been polite. He might not even be aware that he hit you, as you didn't comfort him about the hit. Next time something like this happens you can say something like "I'm pretty sure you hit me back there"

23:20 - Prise's fault, not mishka's. Mishka had the right of way.

26:26 - I guess you have the wrong word here, I think you mean "slightly tapped" instead of "rammed". Really little hits, still apology would've been polite.

He wasn't arab drifting, and no matter what you should have safe distance to car ahead of you.

27:30 - I don't what is the point of this timestamp


Conclusion:
Prise_20 will receive warning to be careful while driving and to apologise if he causes accidents.
You should also try to deal with the issues ingame by talking, not by gathering random timestamps from replay and wish for ban.
