● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) well, as i was in a cop chase on both occasions Carloskar took his time to move out the way for me even though i had sirens and everything else on 16/06/2012 at 14:07British summer time

I see he didnt make a conscious effort to move but he didnt get in your way either,
negotiating traffic should be expected as a cop. I'll leave him a warning to make more of an effort that is all.
