46:31-51:31 - For a long time Seven is crashing players in pitlane, changes car to FZ5 with stunting setup
55:25 - Seven is still ramming other cars and me after i left the pits
56:12 - Jake joins ramming game
56:35 - Seven ramming Orange into my pitbox
58:37 - i started chasing Seven and asked her to not block the road and move to the side
58:47 - Jake playing infront of my chase
58:59 - Seven could move safely to the side, but she is heading forward
59:31 - i asked her to move off the road but she started pretending that she is away from keyboard - i was waiting for her response
1:00:24 - i have insim visual siren turned on (TC lights are off, because it disturbs typing) - Jake is ignoring insim siren and ramming into my back
1:00:38 - miracle! Seven is waking up exacly in the same time that Jake rammed me
1:00:51 - Jake is provoking me to chase and... and that chase is revenge on me that i started to chase Seven. Why revenge? Just check that chase - it was boring chase with troll

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time):
2013-05-25 / 2013-05-26; Seven is playing at pitlane what causes sometimes massive crashes, somebody got spectated for speeding in pitlane after her ram.

Broken rules:

Quote:1.2. Do not crash or ram other cars deliberately.

This includes negligent and reckless driving, provoking accidents, for example blocking the track, doing stunts or doughnuts on the road and so on.

Stunts may only be performed in specific, designated areas, as long as their use doesn't cause a nuisance to other players. Allowable areas are off the road and listed in specific server rules.

6.1. Drive sensibly and predictably in pit-lane.

Do not do doughnuts, burnouts, drifts or other stunts.
6.2. Do not block the pit-lane, do not park on the driving path.
6.3. Do not drive over the stopping zones.

You may crash into players leaving their garages. Use the driving-lane instead.
6.4. Do not drive or park in other people's garages.

You might block their spawn point.

Few times they went into my pitbox - that could send me and other players oob if i want left the pits. I think Seven and Jake was having fun together - they were on same channel propably. I started chasing Seven when i saw she's driving style is dangerous. Then she started pretending that she is afk. Jake saw that, changed his car and setup to offroad and provoked me to start a chase that was really boring, because he was just driving over the sand, where my road setup is crap.

Broken rule:

Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for manoeuvring. Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over. Do not help the suspect or the police.

I was alone COP, so i could only wait that he will start driving. I had only one backup from Orange, but he is worst cop ever... or he was just having fun trolling me with Jake and Seven.

I am not against having fun, but rules are the same for me and for them. Pitlane is not place for having fun like that.

I should probably point out that, despite the fact that there were a few rule breaches, the reason they were done was due to a joke within the teamspeak, of which you were not currently a member of.

If you had of heard what was said then you would understand however I am neither condoning nor promoting rule breaking, the entire event from your view was rule breaking but from my, and probably a few other people's views was that all of the above was viewed as a joke; it is after all a simulator with a fun atmosphere, as some people are friendly (not trying to dig at anyone there)

Right, if you're going to report me for stunting, might I add timestamp ~13:00 where people INCLUDING [TC] Mikee are "ramming" in the pitlane. Note how he doens't say anything. For around 10 minutes there is constant messing about. Snake is also still in the pitlane with a stunt set WITH [TC] Savy infront of her. Again, not commenting.

Following this, yes I do join in with the fun in the pitlane, as does Orange. Nobody complained, who was in the pit lane, nor were we affecting traffic. Clearly, all of us failed to notice your request for us to stop, which is why it took Ras to tell us, otherwise we'd have stopped sooner. [TC] Staff will disagree here because Rules should be stood by at all times, regardless if it's just fun, in which case you should ban atleast 4 people in the pitlane at that time, and consider speaking to Mikee and Savy.

Later on during the stunting, [TC] Ras says the following as I hit him accidentally:

After this, myself and the rest move on, and you initiate chase on me, then leave. Then jake, then leave, then me again, I go AFK to refresh the radio (Adran was on, good stuff). Next, in an overwighted car, Jake accidentally hits you. Note how he was full on the brakes after noticing you. It wasn't deliberate. I flick back to LFS, see the crash and move off the road, in which case you initiate chase with Jake.

Finally, if the chase was boring and troll, you shouldn't have chased him. There's nothing against parking on sand, it's a tactic to lead cops into sand traps. Unfortunately and conventiently (I guess) the server timed out of the Master Server and the chase ended. Also, IMO the last two rules are irrelevant. The only time I was near the chase was the start, and harassing officers is only relevant outside of chases. E.G. "Begging" for chases, blocking lazers, etc.

Is this some sort of joke? The pits EVERYONE was mucking about at the end ramming and wheeling including snake? So why no report on her? Seems like you have a grudge agaisnt me and seven? As for the chases, I was parked sideways infront of seven when you started to chase him, what did you want me to do? He was sat still and i was infront of him causing no bother? When I hit you I saw NO siren what so ever! I left the pits and came down that road as normal at my normal 80mph, I didn't see you till I came over the peek of that hill when I slammed on and locked up hence why I hit you. As for our chase, it was your choice to chase me, you did not have too.

I would like to point out that when I was "ramming" that it was between few of us as I didn't see it was getting out of hand was seen as harmless fun in my eyes, however that doesn't mean I should not of been doing this.

However, if you look into the replay you can see that it starts to get out of hand and someone ends of being spec'd because they have been rammed to hard and this is the point where it gets out of hand and needs to stop hence Ras and I tell you to stop.

Yes you did stop the ramming, however this does not justify interfering with a chase.

[Seven]

We were all rather occupied at giggling at eachother in TeamSpeak. Following the events in pitale, myself, Orange, Jake and a vast majority of people on TS were laughing and talking. This may have been the case, I didn't notice I was being chased entirely until the conversations died down, I stopped looking at TeamSpeak and heard sirens.

Ill just put it simply. A lot of people were involved with the messing around in pits it seems, but no harm was done. As for what happened during the chase, I couldnt tell if Seven was ignoring you on purpose or legitimately went AFK. Going AFK at that point whilst your parked at the junction isnt so clever, and it looked like Jake wasnt paying attention when he crashed in to the back of you. He locked his front tires and tried to avoid, but this doesnt exempt him from when he was parking infront of the chase.

Regarding the incidents in the report, i will be classing it as two separate things. One for stunting / messing around in the pits, and also the stuff to do with the chase.

Both users in question will receive a verbal warning for their actions during the chase.
