I report this guy because he crashed me when i was in a chase, seems like he didn't care and said ''pqp'' then disconnected, not even a sorry to me. I was braking full so i tried to avoid but it wasn't possible.

From what I see he pulled out without looking. He hit a user first and apologised, then he moved into your path causing you and a user behind to crash. Since it was his fault, and he didn't apologise - instead he swore by saying "pqp`" user will receive a short ban.
