A Cargame race is what, typically 7-8 laps? You hardly have to worry about tires or fuel in those races. This race was 27 laps long, and quali was done with race fuel/setup, in my case I use 80% fuel then added 50% on my pit stop on lap 5/6, and that brought my tank up to 98%.

The car game layout doesn't have the extra wall at the chicane, so that adds a lot of time on to the lap as you can't cut half of the first and second bit of it out, you have to slow the car right down, then turn in and you can't even cut it half as much on the second part of the corner.

LFS is not nearly half as strict on tires of as the race admins are, you can go 4 tires off, cross the yellow pit box line and such. While the admins of CL don't allow more that 2 tires in the dirt, which is much slower than what LFS hot laps/races/non admin races allow.
