Not sure on this.

I swear it said the teams must consist of 2 or 3 drivers.
Luke is correct.

Ah, then I stand corrected.

The practice race starts in 1 hour, here's a race setup I've put together: https://hostr.co/JiT3gvnDsG5y
Be sure to get some race stints in guys before the race.

I'm noticing the heat peak is quite steady, after about 20 laps it looks like you're going to have issues keeping your tyres warm enough, so get some practice in to see how the car handles and how hard you need to push it.
Certainly, my front left tire was heating up pretty badly in the practice run.
With Pete's set you shouldn't really have a problem as long as you don't turn into the corners so much it gives you tyre squeals, that's something you need to avoid in this car, not only does it slow you down, it burns rubber due to understeer or oversteer.

Throttle control is key in a FWD.
It is certainly and without a doubt rather difficult to go fast on hot tires, but it is possible and in some cases it does work rather well when executed correctly.
What I would like to recommend with FWD cars is to avoid steering too much, try to practice sliding the rear first before the turn so that you can dive into the corner without worrying about overheating your tires (a perfect example would be when you manage to slide the rear just slightly and you can enter the corner almost without using any steering whatsoever). If you can pull that off, you will be flying like marus.

Best of luck to you all who are participating. Do your best and have fun.
Yeah I found that just teasing the handbrake into tighter corners works like a treat when trying to avoid steering to much. Also helped me keep heat in the tyres after 25 laps and kept my laps very consistent.

Is the stream/race still going? Twitch shows up all weird for me! Hope it goes well, I was unable to make is as I'm only home from training now.
Don't forget to withdraw.

Good performance, keep practicing.
Rather odd resolution, thanks for sharing. Smile

It was certainly good fun!
The UFR was indeed the top car in this race with only a 10Kg restriction.. Slow on the straights, but in a slipstream it was dominant, plus it flew through the corners..

Great race nevertheless! Disappointing result for me on the final lap but great fun and a nice performance from everyone.

Mathi really didn't give me any room during my overtaking maneouvers haha, he was certainly determined..
Bloody mouse sensitivity button...

Still fun all the same.
