never sleep while you sunbathing

Ouch, the last time that happend to me, is a few years ago. +30 degrees celcius on the beach, and at that time, I obviously had to fall asleep for atleast 4 hours. I had problems walking and kneeling for atleast 2 months.. at the same time I worked in a bakery where you.. have to walk, kneel, and lift alot of things within 2 hours.. dang.
