I have my g27 since 2010. Still works fine but just a month or two ago it started having throttle spikes.

Yeah but I need to open it up and all, I'm looking for an easy way to fix it.

Sounds easier than it actually is. I recently opened my pedal thing and when I noticed what it's actually like, I decided just to vacuum the pots. It's a hell of work just to get them out. But the actual pots are constructed like throwaway-parts. I mean, they're not meant to be opened, just like lightbulbs are not to meant to be opened.

Basing on the connectors used for the pots, instead of soldered wires, I believe it's made to be easier to replace them once they get faulty. AFAIK the pots are not expensive, and opening one would be really useless as it's a lot easier to replace them Smile
Danish gaming magazine has spoken to a reliable source who showed them the G29 box and told them it's a Playstation exclusive product (PS3, PS4) and won't work on PC. The shifter has to be bought separately (if you want one).

+1
Well, they just lost 75% of the customers if thats true.
The fact that they produce a PS wheel does not mean they stop producing a PC wheel.
Or do you need those Playstation buttons on your PC wheel? I don't.
By the looks of it, its a modified G27 wheel that was simply merged with the PS controller.

It's the lovechild of the DFGT and G27.
