I'm free mostly on afternoons, from around 5pm til late.
I have Skype and TS3 if that helps, although I might need an admin to grant me rights for the latter as I haven't been active on the [TC] Servers.

Also I'm a first timer here, so I might need someone with patience

You don't need your rights to be given to you to cop. Only if they have been previously revoked by an Admin for an offence. You have completed the test already so read the guide and you are ready to go for practical training

Your rights are currently safe and you have a licence so you are able to cop without training however, it is advisable to take training especially if you are relatively new or unaware of the way it works.

I actually wanted to sign up for practical Training, since I feel that I need some help with certain techniques. Must've overlooked something then

That's absolutely fine. Well you are cleared and ready for training so you are free to grab a trainer who is available to take you to do practical training to work on your techniques etc
