He has chased you twice for breaking the speedlimit, each time he lasered you and the insim gave you a fine.

Dino is perfectly fine to do that, if you don't want to get chased i suggest you abide the speedlimit.

Also next time you make a report, please take a look at our rules to see what is allowed and what is not. Otherwise you will yet again waste our time.
