Replay Timestamps: 1:57:00 - Kjell Speeds into another player and rams our chase

Description of Incident: Myself, Howlin and [TT] LuckyLuke were in a chase however, at the timestamp, another driver who had slowed for sirens was hit by Kjell who had ignored all signs of sirens and full on sped into the back of him and sent himself and this other driver into our chase causing the suspect to escape our block.
