I agree up the point where marshalls get endangered.

The problem is the lack of respect for yellow flags. Double yellows are to inform that marshalls are on the track and to be prepared to stop. Clearly, with drivers dropping only several tenths of a second though these sectors, there is an issue.

I'm not saying it is specifically Jules who is in the wrong--i'm not saying that at all--it's more a case of the FIA enforcing (or not enforcing fully) the flag rules as they are written in the rule-book.

 


