Mr.AD's replay shows a bit of lag. However, both replays show an intended drift. Since the images above show Mr.AD may well have seen the offence from his own car, we believe the fine was acceptable.

Please note that there was no need to report with such haste. Try talking to the admin first, if all else fails, make the report. But as a last resort. This should actually be the case in all situations which may have been a simple misjudgement/mistake!
