Description of incident (09.04.2017 - 10:28 UTC):
Was clearly visible to him even with the worst graphicsettings. Disrespectful to not refund anything even if it was an "accident" which i highly doubt. Simple "sorry" seems to solve everything nowadays, while suspects lose trip, lose chase, and get highfined for bs-reasons on top.
His general behaviour/skill isnt really suited to cop safely. Feel free to fast forward the next five minutes (until dc at 1:33:17) to judge his driving plus an incident at 1:32:21.
