Time of Incident: Approximately 4:00pm GMT+3

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
1:19:41.34 - The player notices that the roundabout has stalled due to a chase, however he proceeds to overtake and continue driving. Several attempts to ask him to !move but the player failed to yield whatsoever. Infact, he was holding the left lane blocking us from overtaking.

1:20:18.37 - The suspect attempts to get on the bridge, I brake to make sure I am following him, however, the reported player does not keep enough distance and crashes into me. I have apologized despite it not being my fault.
Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages:
I have initiated a conversation with him while I was in the chase, but there was no response.

Before disconnecting, I also tried to speak with him in a respectful manner but he does not respond to me. I have indicated that due to him being unresponsive, the issue will be escalated.
