~ 1:19:20.XX - I'm chasing Furio, as we approach to that corner on Vincent way, Jesse fails to move for me and completely blocks my way. I could of maybe avoided that crash (he braked while I was tailgating him) there but he wasn't moving and failed to apologize. He was also speeding there.

(~1:18:10.XX - Speeding little here, not reporting for this but saw it while watching trough)

Reason for report: Failing to move for a chase (not paying attention what's happening around) And failing to apologize it, or the crash which was partly his fault.
