User will receive a warning for failure to move for a chase. I always noticed a flurry of in-game reports about his copping ability. After a full review of the replay, it is evident that this user's driving ability is unsatisfactory, as he continually sped, wrong sided, crashed, drifted, etc. throughout the replay whilst being a cop. For this, he has had his cop rights revoked and will need to take basic training. Thank you for the report.
