- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
Thomas got some sort of hate against me, from previous experiences. So, what happens is that I'm chilling on the AB, when an accident happens in front of me which I notices quite late, so I almost lose control but manages to dodge the accident and continue driving.
This was very visible for Thomas, that there was an accident and I avoided it.
Yet he pulls be over, and he is not willing to co-operate an solution, example giving me money back, or checking reply.
Another user supports my perspective about avoiding the accident, so it shud have been clear for him as well.

Hi, I tend to agree--that fine wasn't justified, although I can see that from what Thomas could see it looked careless
