It is legal. The word "Police" doesn't mean anything in German and it is therefore, from a legal perspective, a two tone car with stickers.

why are u even driving 90 km/h in 50 km/h zone?

To pass that little truck. From experience I know he is not going fast after that roundabout. I don't have the patience for that.
And I do admit I'm speeding to much there, normally the speedlimit is 80 km/u. The 50 limit is temporarily.
