To clarify, that is .vob mod (Rollcage and steering wheel).

Although it is an interior change, that doesn't mean it can't affect the whole model of the car. For example in a crash. I doubt anyone has done any thorough testing to prove that it has no affect.

Like all other .vob mods, that wouldn't be allowed in our servers.
