So it is allowed to drive with a VCU skin while you're not an undercover cop?
Or does Spark only see it for himself, and others see a normal Police skin?

It's only me who can see the undercover skin, everyone else sees the skin as a proper police skin.

Personally, I don't like that. VCU is a privilege that TC members have because of the work done to keep the servers running, I think it should be left at that. Just because it's a way around the main system imo doesn't warrant being able to have that same privilege in it's own respect.

Either way, that's my opinion and no doubt many disagree with me.
