iPhone 4 after Orange being *Removed* for an hour and half

Due for an upgrade today, thought would call at 1pm and see what my options are for an iphone, the guy said the shops wont have any in at this time of year now and ordered it through him. Went to shop and they have one but because I ordered 1 2 hours ago they can't cancel it put up and shut up attitude. So I rang Orange after speaking to 3 people all of them spoke a different language and transferred to a number that their offices are closed. Long story short after a 45 min convo I got it cancelled. So went in and got it sorted the woman still had a nasty attitude on her. Complaint letter soon -.-
