The reason why that GIF would be really heavy Frozen is because every frame is a different image.

Moving gifs are excessive. So are high res gifs.

Try making still gifs with only the cars moving.
About the frame rate. You should be able to switch it to 15FPS where it says [REC] and a little down arrow.

GifCam is not the best I don't think but it is probably the easiest.

Thanks Luke! Stupid of me, I didn't click at the "33 FPS" , so my first .gif was 10FPS.

Made a new one, with camera stopped and 33 FPS ( maximum of GifCam )

Looks much smoother and better!

Save the gifs as 256 colors. That reduces the size of the file massively.

I record mine i half speed in game at 33FPS with GifCam, and then save them in 256 colors.

Could you please help me with a problem.

When i want do little bit longer gif, GifCam create (i think) windows error which leads to the collapse of system. I got never ending error jump.

Is in gifcam some limited lengths? (Gifcam v2.0)

That's how a big UF1 cruise started.
