Is that stretcher just for outside transport of patients or do you actually have patients in that vehicle?
It is usually used for horse racing events, so patients are transported off of the track in this and immediately transferred to an ambulance. Im not keen on the idea of a stretcher in a car. I'd rather use it for carrying spare trauma boards or just putting more stuff in.
Basically anything where an ordinary car or van would struggle.

Newer clio's are fine, that's not.
By newer what ones are you on about? Because up to 2006 they're identical underneath and post 2006 they're crap.
Oh, and my other choices would be other French hatches (and the Clio is by far the best of them), or crappy VAG boxes, or a Ford Fiesta.
