More pointless shite! Wooo..
Well we got the new Sirens recently, let's just hope Scawen won't focus only on VR in the near future.
But , where is the end of lfs?
Tyres , VWS , and then? What is to do left?
Maybe content for an S3 license they released last year.

Scawen;1906557 Wrote:No, I'm just doing a but more on VR then back to the tyre physics. Meanwhile, Eric is working on a new track. No time estimates for these.
At least they're on task lol.

"No time estimates ". Remember to give to your grandchildren the pass of your acc for let him explore new content Tongue
Thank god, I've been waiting ages for those new VR updates.
Oh boy, they know how to please the people. Stopping work on the physics that have only taken a small number of years to focus on VR is surely what we all want!
Scawen PLS...
I can say with a certain degree of confidence that updating LFS for new SDKs won't be a lot of work from now on and will only require minor changes. It should be content and useful features from now on which might please some people. I don't blame him for spending time on VR though.
That VR stuff seems to be a common plague though. I've stumbled upon quite a few reports now where programmers basically stopped working and play with their VR toys instead. Apart from that, I haven't seen one serious use for it so far. All I saw was people getting dizzy or sick or just go mental when putting it on. A doubtful use.
Scawen Wrote:(sic)I'm sure the new track and tyre physics will help, and some new types of vehicle, though these are still some months away.

Scawen Wrote:I just mean months rather than years. We're on the case and want these things out as soon as possible, but there are always complications.

So there will be more than one... Interesting... And months you say...
