First of, when you have taken the pic, you have to upload the pic to rockstar socialclub in the pause meny on gta. After that you should find them on you profile on socialclub. and then it is just copy the adress and so on...

E: If the photo is saved is could be under Gallery in the meny. and then go to the photo and the buttom for "Upload to Social Club" (R3 for me on ps4) and then you gona upload it. after that you should find it on the socialclub website.

*Removed* Rockstar delayed it for PC another month. Coming out in April now. I'm gonna expect it in May, as they probably delay it when we get near April.
